Route Video Export (Desktop)
Export a short animated video of your route drawing itself across the map, as MP4. Made for the title or closing shot of a driving video. Available in the Desktop app (macOS / Windows) v1.0.16 and later, free.
1.How to use
Transfer the drive log from your phone to the Desktop app and open the record's detail screen.
Click "Export Route Video" to open the settings panel. Choose camera, length, zoom, frame rate and resolution, then click "Export".
If you've trimmed the playback range, only that range is exported.
"Export GPX" on the same screen saves the log as a GPX 1.1 file.

3.About the map
- The map style follows "Map Style" in Settings (Liberty / Positron / Aerial). Aerial (GSI) is available in the Japanese UI only.
- At wide zoom, road and river names are hidden and only place and water-body names remain; road names return when zoomed in.
- Map attribution (© OpenMapTiles © OpenStreetMap contributors, or "出典: 国土地理院" for aerial) is burned into the bottom right of the video automatically. Please leave it in place.
- Map tiles are fetched from the internet; exporting doesn't work offline.
4.Using it in your editor
Import the MP4 into DaVinci Resolve or any editor and place it at the start or end of your driving video. Follow-mode videos land on the full-route view at the end, so they cut cleanly into the next shot.
To overlay telemetry as a HUD on your footage, use the separate Video Import & Export feature.
